Purpose of CCTV Monitoring

Our CCTV system is in place to:

• Prevent and detect unauthorised access or incidents

• Support the monitoring of care provision and staff training

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all

CCTV Coverage

CCTV is installed in communal and strategic areas only, such as entrances, corridors, and shared spaces. Private living areas are not monitored, ensuring residents’ privacy is respected at all times.

Data Handling & Retention

• CCTV footage is securely stored and retained for a maximum of 14 days.

• Access to recordings is strictly limited to authorised personnel.

• Footage will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law or for safeguarding purposes.

Your Rights

Individuals captured on CCTV have the right to:

• Request access to their personal image

• Ask for corrections if inaccuracies are found

• Request deletion of footage, where applicable
